Roxanne graduated from college with a degree in Business Administration/Finance. Her early career began in a law firm working on probate and foreclosure sales. From there she worked for Ryland Homes heading up a team of 12 as Senior Escrow officer and Mgr of the Escrow Division during a heavy building period.

Later she worked for Rancho Mission Viejo 5 years into a 15 year build out developing the City of Rancho Santa Margarita. Heading a team of 15 she worked land acquisitions and new home sales with home builders such as Standard Pacific; Lennar; John Laing Homes, etc. She always met quarterly business challenges and later promoted to Vice-President of the Escrow Division.

Taking this background of Escrow, title and home sales Roxanne began working as a Transaction Coordinator in 2011 and parlayed this into West Coast Transaction Coordinators today. Working with many high profile clients Roxanne and her team are well-respected in the Real Estate Industry for their professional approach to clients; attention to detail; knowledge of all documentation needed for the broker file; and friendly atmosphere.[/su_expand]
